Hotly-anticipated the Speedgoat 5 Mid GORE-TEX is a perfectly balanced update to one of Hoka’s greatest styles, with a wider and roomier toe box, improved fit and a weight saving on its predecessor. Everything has been reconsidered, right down to the laces and choice of sole unit. The Mid version benefits from a flexible, padded collar and a soft heel tab which accommodates the Achilles.

One of Hoka’s most distinctive styles and definitely a favourite in the Outsiders office. Named after Karl Meltzer, “The Speedgoat” who other than sleeping appears to run the remainder of the time. Designed to take on all manner of off-road terrain, we use them equally as a runner and outdoor performance shoe.
